DC Tv News - Frederick county Sheriffs are responding to a stabbing in Hagerstown MD. Report came in Sunday around 8:40pm that a stabbing victim walked into ER room of the Washington county Hospital. It appears that the stabbing happened in Frederick county that's why the Sheriffs dept is responding. Investigation is ongoing.
